Kim Johansson
is a real two-way player who checks hard in both zones. A speedy skater
that accelerates well, Johansson also likes to play physical, despite
lacking some strength. He has good timing in his hits and is surprisingly
successful at it with his modest 172 lb frame. Furthermore, Johansson is a
highly-skilled penalty killer. Offensively, he has decent tools including
a good passing game, but should be thought of more as a future role and
team player.
